I did this once on the way to vegas. I had FC seat she had a coach seat. I offered the Ipod or the FC seat. She took the iPod. The FC FA found out what seat she was in and brought her drinks like she was sitting with me.

We ended up making an emergency stop in Nebraska for a medical situation and the FA ask if I would mind letting the sick person take my seat so they could get off the plane quickly.

Why would I mind? He had been pumping drinks into my wife...
