I have a feeling that there will be a TSA rule about this, if not a Delta one.

I am traveling with my wife on an international flight. Her fare is T, mine is B. I can use a SWU on my ticket but I cannot companion upgrade her.

If I do the upgrade, can I let her have the seat in Business instead of me?
