SQ's lounge should work as well. Located downstairs at gate 23 it can be quite a walk. It is of the usual SQ quality, though there are no showers if I remember correctly. Also check the opening hours on SQ's website as it only opens when SQ flights depart.
Mostly the SQ lounges are not *Gold lounges. SQ always like to send *Gold passengers to other lounges. As I know LH is using the ANA lounges. By the way: when the new terminal is opening in PVG which is dedicated for *Alliance airlines?
