I doubt that more than 1000-1500 SWUs a year have ever changed hands on ebay. Based on UA's non-action in this case, I'd say they have bigger fish to fry.

Remember, you have to buy a ticket to use an SWU. Based on the ads and measures they've but in place I'd say UA cares more about illicit miles trade.

As far as a 1K class action? Agree with what the others have posted, too many lawsuits. Its been my experience that the only winners in class action lawsuits are the lawyers.
