It was the former Crowne Plaza Chicago, which is now Silversmith Hotel.
This hotel was selected by Concierge as an interesting place to stay in.

So I decided to reserve for one night, the 7 other nights have been booked at the - very nice - IC Chicago (I got a superb corner suite in the historic building).

To be honnest, when I saw the building and location (very close to the loop, so very noisy) of the CP Chicago, I really did not regret not to have satyed in this hotel!!
