Maybe you should give them a call.
In mid-January I saw at the online account that the new MasterCard showed up. 3 weeks later the card still hasn't arrived. Called LH CC Hotline and they canceled this one. Maybe it's gone lost during post transport. 1 week later I've received a new one.
