Given that a number of *A don't have international F at all, trying to grant reciprocity is basically impossible if you move into three tiers. Those airlines without F service won't have F lounges for obvious reasons. And some airlines don't even have three tiers internally.

I'd personally leave it as is unless/until *A decides that you must have 3 class international flights and related service (ie: lounge) to be a member. Which is unlikely to happen in the near future.
