my brother is trying to get to KEF (reykjavik, iceland) for a long weekend in april or may '08. he's willing to leave from "any city in the northeast" and would like to travel thursday to monday (but is flexible a day in either direction). ita shows a NYC-KEF fare of $370 but (1) i don't know whether it includes a huge fuel surcharge or not; and (2) i can't seem to get it to book (thus, i can't yet tell about the possibility of a surcharge).
