When I clicked on My Posts I would get those little icons showing if there are any new posts in a thread that I have contributed to. This really helped me maintain my participation in an ongoing discussion. It is easy to forget about a post you made in some forum and My Posts was a quick way to stay on top of all the discussions you were a part of.

I also like how My Posts was thread-based rather than post-based. Now, I get multiple results for My Posts from every single post I make in a single thread. This just crowds the My Posts page with repetitive information. I always used My Posts to find the threads I posted in. I never needed to know that I had 3 posts in a given thread.

What I would request:
Bring back the icons showing if a thread has new posts since the last time you visited.
Return the default view of My Posts to show threads, rather than individual posts.
If you use the default auto-subscribe to all threads in which you post (even if you turn off the e-mail notifications), you can use the Quick Links>Subscribed Threads. This has the same new mail icon and bold titles to indicate new posts and it's sorted by latest thread posted to on top (just like the forum index pages).
