I have shoulder length thick hair and have used the T3 Tourmaline hairdryer for 1.5 years now. It's quiet and cuts my drying time in half. I blow dry my hair almost every day and it comes out shiny and smooth even when its super humid in Hawaii.

I travel with the Sharper Image ionic travel blowdryer which doesn't make my hair as smooth as my T3, but it works faster than the hotel ones.
