Go with BD...you cant go wrong...and currently they had an offer where if you sign up you get 9000 bonus miles....check it out www.flybmi.com

Also, with your 33,000..you can then buy up to 20,000 miles a year...makes a great cash+miles reward ticket....you simply cant go wrong!!!

Also, all 3 airlines are part of BMI...!!
