Award choices? Very Good
Partnerships? Good - Need BA and OW partners to be more consistent in earning in discounted Y and on TA flights - also major CS issues arise with some OW partners (QF in particular)
Elite-level program? Very Good
Rules & conditions? Reasonable when compared to others
Customer service? Excellent at ACs....world class terrible if getting overseas call centre - especially India and Malaysia (which you do every time if down under....I just eat the cost of a call to the USA to avoid the inevitable mistakes that will be made)
Website? Good - only major problem for me is limited multi-stop itinerary building capabilities

What do you think are the plus features and minus features of the program? Plus: Good earn/burn ratio, excellent staff at ACs and FLs for elite members travelling overseas.
Minus: Inconsistent earning with OW partners, no upgrades on OW partners available, partnership with QF and their TERRIBLE ground staff in LAX (and in the AC/OW lounge when QF staff are involved).....ground staff/service issues on QF have almost put me off the entire program in recent months....earning miles (albeit inconsistently in discounted Y) cannot make up for terrible service from partners and no upgrades available. *A has them beaten on that account.......
