Minimum miles question / 25%

Hello, quick question from a newbie (did a search but couldn`t find the answer). I understand the minimum miles you can earn is 750 miles.

However alot fares on the KLM site for the `cheaper tickets` say they earn 25% of the miles.

If i booked a cheap ticket , is the minimum miles I will receive still be that 750 miles? or does the 25% rule apply to that as well? so 187 miles? Appreciate the replies

EDIT: Just found the answer......a measly 187 miles
