What would be nice would be a wee gift at the end of the flight for those not used to flying in F. Something like a metal FIRST hand baggage tag, wouldn't cost them much and you can show it off to your bored friends.
That's a great idea, except that inevitably BA would forget to load them or hand them out etc etc insert general cockup excuse. And then people would get upset over that.
