I've got a friend going to Hungary (flying into Budapest and then visiting some outlying towns). I'm wondering what recommendation to give her as far as changing dollars to HUF.

--> Change them here in the US at AMEX (probably not a great rate)
--> ATM machine at the airport
--> Change dollars at an exchange stand at the airport
--> ?
