Ok...The EDI-AMS will be the day before my actual depature and will cost me some FB miles and some taxes. Hotel accomodation will cost whatever it costs. The next day I will start my journey AMS-LHR-SFO. If I'm delayed B.A should make efforts to put me on the next flight (2 daily to SFO) My flight will be on one PNR (AMS-LHR-SFO) You talk about fog delaying me? What Happens if I was to fly EDI-LHR-SFO and fog delayed me there? Same position. Do u agree? Also you talk about hassle to fly to AMS. What Hassle it takes an hour. And in terms of the miles I'm trying to get rid of them anyway so no big deal.
