Hi hmberlin,
Details of some of the differences between F and CW can be found on the Ultimate BA guide ( a sticky) at the top of the index age.
Pyjamas are provided and a lot of people change into them ( in the lavatory) even on the daytime flights. ( On virgin you get the Pyjamas in Upper class which is ppriced at CW levels)
Some differences between F and CW,
(1) On boarding you get nuts on a plate with champagne
(2) Canapes after take off ( generally only a packet of nuts in CW)
(3) Usually a soup option as a starter
(4) Better food and wine than in CW (and for example a proper salt and pepper pots ) including a desert wine ( also generally JW Blue whisky)
(5) Freedom to dine when you want
(6) Better breakfast service ( including a hot option) and served closer to landing
(7) Generally more attentive crew as it will have a lower crew to passenger ratio in F than in CW ( although this can vary by crew)
(8) Access to F lounges/Concorde room)
(9) Movie players in the seats ( on non avod equipped flight)
(10) Unplated sandwiches on afternoon flights.
Hope this helps as a starter
Regards
