There are few ways to get to HNL with international business seats rather than domestic first, and fewer of those available for SkyMiles redemption. It's possible DL will put an internationally configured widebody on your route, but that could change day to day, really.

Suck it up and suffer with domestic first and 39-40" seat pitch. Lots of people ride in back with a generous 31-32" pitch.
