Mine disappeared on the last arrival to JNB. The suitcases came out with no tags or destination labels either. I used the web contact form to request new ones. Eventually got an email yesterday (5 weeks after my request ) saying that my new tags have been sent to print and I should allow a few weeks for delivery...
