Need to book my 8 year old a ticket from BOS-DFW in May. AA.com states that I need to call to make the reservation and that I cannot do it on line. Is this the case? Furthermore, will they charge me a fee for making the telephone reservation since I supposedly can't do it on line? Any advice/assistance appreciated.
