You're mistaken. F, 1K and UGS have unlimited calls. 1Ps are limited to 2 calls per flight, but can purchase Call Coupons in discounted books of 4 for $100. 2Ps must pay the full price of $150. General members and 3Ps are offered the opportunity to buy calls at check-in, based on availability, for $50 each.
