Yes, just spoke to 1K line. Turns out there are middle seats left but technical group is having trouble releasing them (not sure what that means) so they will be released 24 hours prior to flight.

I just checked the seatmap for that flight and when I'm logged in it does show seat 33F is available way in the back..it's the only seat open. Pretty amazing there are NO E+ seats at all. However I am certain there are some E+ blocked middles that are available if you call reservations and have them check into that for you. Upgrades for 1K's will start tomorrow and others will follow so keep checking back after the 100 hour mark and you may see a vacated E+ seat that you can snag.
