I have noticed that the "Create Itinerary" Screen has been updated to include multiple options in the dropdown box for Fare:

*Coach (Lowest Available)
*Coach (Lowest Unrestricted)
*Coach (Full Fare "Y")
*business
*first

For Int'l flights, I see that choosing "Coach (Lowest Unrestricted)" I usually get M fares. I'm not sure of the difference between H and M (besides the cost). But, M is pretty close, for what it's worth..

I would also speculate that eventually this will lead to a more detailed breakdown for expert users, perhaps something like: "Discount/Internet, Q/V/W, H/M, B/Y" etc.
