Another thing you can do, if you just want to know how much your trip would cost in H fare, go to http://www.travelocity.com, and choose the 'Flights' button, enter your route and airline name. They would list the various prices by fare basis. (you have to click on the fare rules to see what the fare basis is - hint: it is the first letter on the fare code) Note however, that the fares shown by Travelocity do NOT include any of the security junk fees & taxes. If you want to know how much they are, you'll have to mock up a reservation. Note that the junk fees are the same for every fare basis.

This is how I calculate most of my Int'l H fares and smehow I got it down to almost the exact fare (plus minus a buck or two).

And food for thoughts.. Int'l H fares on weekends (Fri-Mon) is more expensive than Int'l H fares on weekdays (Tue-Thu). Depending on where you're going, add $30-40 for each weekend leg.
