Room categories at Westin Dragonara Malta

I will be staying at the Westin Dragonara in Malta this summer with wife & two kids. I am trying to decide between two room types; the tower rooms or the executive/club rooms. Both are the same price, with breakfast included in the tower room via the "Malta Experience" package and lounge access included in the executive room. Obviously the tower rooms come with the huge balcony/terrace, and a buffet breakfast in presumably one of the restaurants, whereas the executive rooms come with breakfast in the lounge plus 'pre-dinner drinks & snacks'. So the determining factors would seem to be:

A) Are the rooms themselves bigger and or nicer in one of the categories vs. the other?

B) How is the 'newly renovated executive lounge' in terms of amenities and services? Is the breakfast in the lounge a nice one? Are the appetizers in the evenings nice, and is wine, etc., complementary in the lounge?

C) How is the breakfast buffet in the main restaurant?

Anyone have any experience with these room types?

Thanks in advance for your help!
