I was on a flight DL1 from LGW-JFK recently and had secured my new flying blue gold luggage tag on my checked in luggage. On arrival at JFK on the luggage carousel, the tag was missing with its strap, in my five ears of flying this has never happened before with my tags. Any advice or similar experiences?.
