You certainly WOULD, if there were a ML lounge at LHR. As pointed out above, your access to lounges in LHR is reasonably good and for some of us the time of day makes the decision. The SKL is frequently quiet and offers good food/bev - but many people prefer the LL. Not so many prefer the RCC.
