Gora is in Hakone, BTW.
Sorry, I can't help but ask, especially as I suspect that yours will be a short stay.
Is there any reason why you don't expect to eat at wherever it is you're lodging?
I imagine most of us who have stayed in Gora had our meals included in our lodging rates.
As this is such an integral part of the Ryokan experience it certainly didn't occur to me to look elsewhere.

The exception is lunch - but you may find (in fact it's very likely) that you won't be in Gora itself at lunchtime if you are completing the Hakone circuit.
Outside the inn I stayed at, my lunch was a very nice bowl of udon noodles on the shores of Lake Ashi. If I wanted to turn lunch into more of an event I would probably consider going to the
Fujiya Hotel
