...at least the Electronic Support Desk was kind enough to email me about it -- you can't use Gift Account funds with BML. It allowed it when I booked it and appeared confirmed, but I received an email a couple hours later saying it wasn't possible. I'm currently on hold as they put the $35 back in my account and move the whole thing over to BML.

Not a huge deal, but a drawback, anyway. I don't understand why it doesn't work, and they weren't too clear on it, they just said it couldn't be done.
