Spot on Serfty. I wasn't going to mention the free drinks as the UA International Lounge also does the free drinks (subject to begging for drink vouchers and subject to the compulsory tip ). As for the domestic lounges (if allowed into them), the only similarity being the provision of seats, water, desk dragons and 4 walls.

Edited to say: except for the odd AA lounge with better amenities
