  • Polite to a fault personnel at the WTMD, willing to work with you to understand the requirements to transit the C/P
  • Polite and efficient personnel at both Immigration and Customs - I have never taken more than 30 minutes getting through Immigration in either direction and Customs is a breeze if not declaring anything
