Thumbs up Review: Eagle Creek Tarmac 22

I just stumbled across this forum and I thought I'd thought I'd post a review on my luggage. I travel anywhere from 1 - 3 times a month.

I use the Tarmac 22 as my primary roll aboard case. It's rock solid and very light. I pack it with an Eagle Creek 18 folder, Cube, and Half Cube. One side of the luggage will fit the folder and a tube cube on one side. The other side will fit a cube and half cube. I use the large front pocket to hold the 1 quart zip bag. The zippers are well made, solid. Overall a real quality piece of luggage. This was definitely an upgrade over the PoS American Tourister bag I used to use.

As far as size goes, on jets with 3 seats (737, A319, A320, etc..) you can fit the bag so the wheels face out. Smaller regional jets like ERJ-170/175s it fits with one of the long sides facing out. Tiny jets like CRJs are a no-go and you'll have to check it plane side.

Hope this helps!
