Depends on when your flight is. If before the end of March, then their pricing structuring is the same as BA; i.e. a cheaper ticket for fixed flights and more expensive tickets for flexibility. Same staff still man the check-ins for BA and GB Airways so I suspect its the same policy.

After March, everything turns orange with Easyjet (sob! sob!) where I believe, you can change earlier flights.
