Unless the weather is bad or you need a visa to enter Switzerland I would not spend 5 hours at the airport. There are are trains to downtown Zurich (Zürich HB train station) every few minutes and the train ride takes only 10 or 15 minutes. Take a stroll along Bahnhofstrasse or the Limmat river to the lake, explore the lovely old town and maybe have a nice meal.
