Agreed, yes, it does happen quite frequently.

Kept noticing my FB Silver luggage tags went missing after a couple of trips. Called FB to request new ones; they said they don't replace luggage tags.

Oddly enough, got new tags about 6 months later...only to have them (probably) fall off after the next trip.

Finally I just gave up with the FB tags...
