it should work for all bulkhead seats in C.
On the 747 it should also work for the single seat in row 4?
why does it work in row 2 - is there more space than in all other rows?
IIRC, it appears more difficult to do this in Airbus row 3 mini cabin, because the bulkhead space is rather limited there?
