Thanks KVS. As suspected, the M bucket seems to be only available to US POS. I went to AA website, as means of booking said ticket, and it does give me a cheaper price -- any pitfalls with booking the ticket through AA?

I know that my sister would need to get AA to put her FF number onto the itinerary at a later date, but would there be any other probs? The website mentions other taxes/fees if billing address is not US (it would be UK in this instance), but when you click on the link, it only mentions various latin countries.
