Spider? Spinner? What did I hear?
Hi
I think this is my first post. I've been reading the forum for some time. I am in my 4th year as Chairman's (and yes, I'm not happy about the miles change). Last Friday we were in First (first row) head out of PHX to LAS. After the last passenger boarded, a FA came from the back and said to another FA, "We have a spider." Then one FA said to the GA, "We have a spinner, do you want to handle it?". GA goes to the back and brings forward a young woman who is then told by the FAs to hang around because she won't be the one to leave the flight, it will be "the last two to board". A pilot deadheading agreed to go to the jump seat up front and the young lady was able to sit back down and no one deplaned. Sorry for the lengthy details but I wanted to give the background. Did I hear correctly......spider?.....spinner? Never heard either before.
Thanks for any responses.
