No pre-departure drink, other than a bottle of orange juice in the seat back. Meals were OK, nothing spectacular, but I've had a lot worse. Legroom was a plus (I'm 6'2", so it is important to me). Not sure what you are expecting, but it beat regular coach and that's all I can ask. Definitely better than Economy + on United, which I will have coming home from Paris next week.
Good that you had a nice flight, remember that SK Y is a paid class and Y+ on UA is a courtesy class (well, almost). The OJ bottle is part of the old concept as well as the ice cream and larger second serving (compared to M) so we are still awaitng any evidence of anything new.
