Per day. They only really check/ask for room number at breakfast. You get a pretty decent breakfast spread, then drinks and snacks through the day, newspapers, TV, internet access. Instead of food in the evening, I received two $25 vouchers per day to the "Unwind" event - food at the downstairs restaurant.
It was $10 + $1.23 in taxes.
