Hi,

As KenJohn said, it can vary considerably if there will be a queue at Immigration when the VS/BA flight arrives.

I flew VS from LHR to SFO on 29th December and we were ahead of the BA flight that day ( and no other aircraft were there )so there was no one in front of us at Immigration.
