A380 will not fly nonstop between AU-EU, at least not if airline wants a reasonable load of pax & cargo.

AFAIK there is no a/c yet that can fly nonstop LHR-Oz with full load in both directions. From closer parts of europe to/from PER may be possible already, but perhaps not commercially viable.
