A year ago, QF F pax used the BA lounge and lesser pax were sent to the JL lounge. The BA lounge had showers which were OK, food included assorted sandwiches, chips, nuts etc. Nothing substantial, but enough to keep you going until you get in the air.

If you want decent food, take the BART to Milbrae and eat at any of the excellent restaurants 5-10 min walk from the station.
