Mike - I use both a handstrap and a regular strap on my XTi, and now the 40D. I use the Habuka LH handstrap, which has regular webbing. For the neckstrap, I use the Op/tech one with its "pro-loop", which will fit along with the handstrap through the "eye" on the camera.
