How strange -- trying right now with "only AA" selected, I have no trouble pulling up a ZMU-bound codeshare. Web Services is usually pretty on the ball, though, so I don't know...
There were a few threads in the last two months about the DB trains talking about how they were no longer bookable on AA.com -- it seems that they disappear every now and then but do come back. I'd keep trying if you're still having trouble.
