Well, as I stated in my original post, I am not referring to those working or deadheading. But there are many in uniform that will remain in their seats as people deboard. I think a few posters here have indicated they appreciate it. I have just noticed that other airline's non-rev crew (uniformed) tend to stay seated longer.

And of course, this would not include the case where they were blocking someone in....
