Problem with above posts being, of course, that Australia is not a continent. Oceania is a continent, and it includes both Australia and New Zealand.

WRT Asia- S. America, you can also fly IR to CCS if you're feeling adventurous.
And you've also got the AM flights from/to TIJ, though that's probably not considered South America.
