Flying UA FA's deboard with everyone else

After quite a few flights lately with UA Flight Attendants riding as passengers, I have noticed that on UA mainline, they almost always jump up and get their bags with everyone else. This is a big contrast to every other carrier I have flown where they sit and wait until just about everyone else deboards...a very nice courtesy. The big exception to this is on SkyWest where it is actually company policy to remain onboard until all other pax have deboarded. They have a last on, last off policy that even used to include having to help the working FA with fixing seatbelts for the next flight.

I understand if it is a deadheading crew and they are going to work a flight, but in many cases, I have heard their conversations and know they are headed home after work. Its most noticable when they are in uniform, but its not that hard to spot the orange crew tag and 4 carry ons when they are in their civvies.

Has anyone else noticed this?
