AA can't rebook DB train ticket? SAN-DWF-ORD-STR

Flight from SAN-DFW rerouted to IAH for 4 hours weather and refueling, missed connection to ORD and therefore to FRA/STR. (8:50 am flight out of SAN)

DFW AC absolute AAngel, Bessie, rebooked me for the next day, today, but said she couldn't do anything about the $100 change fee OR issue a new DB train ticket. Hmm. I also chose to pay cash and miles for upgrade to J. She confirmed that, billed me $400 total, gave me a dinner coupon and 2 drink coupons. She was so sweet, so competant, I was so tired and anxious to get to the Hyatt before the sold my room, I agreed to everything.

1: Since I upgraded with miles can I get my stickers back? You neve know when they might be useful.

2: Will DB accept my FRA-STR ticket for a day later that it was originally issued?

3: Okay, it's only an 1 hour train ride, but shouldn't I be in First Class, since I'm now flying Business?

4. Most importantly, can I get the $100 change fee refunded? Agent at DFW said I should and gave me a Customer Complaint form or something. (She couldn't book the DB portion either.) The only "change" aside from the weather-caused one-day delay is that my DFW-ORD leg is earlier than originally booked. SAN-DFW was the same and ORD-FRA will be the same flight one day later. FRA-STR seems to have disappeared and I may have to purchase a ticket.

Other than that, it's been a great trip so far, should be about 26 hours, 6 free Bloody Marys and 4 Scotch, a few Hyatt points, SAN-ORD. And the roast beef/boursin pannino in the AC is pretty okay.
