I booked through AA.com last night, and then saw that Travelocity had the exact same tickets for $24 cheaper. I submitted a Lowest Fare Guarantee request and received an e-mail from AA at 7:50 am today requesting my screen shots. I have them and can fax them at any time, but the e-mail alse says I must include "a screen shot of the "Fare Rules & Restrictions" page, (not to be confused with the competitor website's Terms & Conditions for site usage). " Does anyone know where I can locate this info? I have checked everywhere on Travelocity and can't find anything.

If it helps, my parents booked the exact same itinerary from Travelocity at the lower price. I can send copies of their reservations if it would make a difference.
